  • Ensure governance processes are clearly defined, documented, and consistently applied across all T&I sites, including alignment to CapEx selection and execution frameworks.

  • Partner with T&I leadership to align processes with strategy, roadmap execution, and resource planning.

Drive T&I Planning and Roadmapping Systems (Visibility and Alignment)

  • Own T&I roadmap systems and tools such as SharpCloud or equivalent, ensuring clear linkage between strategy, projects, and execution.

  • Drive consistency between roadmap planning, project lifecycle stages, and long-range planning processes.

Own CapEx Project Intake and Governance Process (Discipline and Prioritization)

  • Own end to end CAPEX planning, prioritization, and tracking for T&I infrastructure and capability investments.

  • Establish standardized frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing capital requests based on capability needs, risk reduction, and strategic alignment.

  • Ensure CAPEX investments are directly tied to T&I roadmaps and long term capability build.

  • Provide visibility into CAPEX portfolio performance, execution status, and risks to T&I leadership.

  • Partner closely with Finance and T&I leadership to align investments with AOP and long range plans.

Leverage Digital and Data Driven Process Enablement (Scalability and Efficiency)

  • Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, and streamline T&I processes and workflows.

  • Improve integration between roadmap tools, project systems, and reporting platforms to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.

  • Enable data driven decision making through improved access to high quality portfolio and execution data.

  • Work across regions and time zones to ensure consistent process execution globally.

  • Facilitate alignment on-site priorities, investment sequencing, and capability development across the T&I portfolio.

  • Ensure T&I processes are aligned with enterprise systems, governance structures, and cross divisional initiatives.

Partner on Safety Reviews and MOC Processes (Risk Mitigation and Compliance)

  • Partner with the T&I Safety Lead to ensure all infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations, and facility modifications undergo robust safety review.

  • Support and co own Management of Change processes for lab and infrastructure changes to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
