What You'll Do- Developing and executing global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
- Managing purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and delivery schedules
- Leading risk management efforts to mitigate disruptions (geopolitical, tariff, capacity, single-source supplier risk)
- Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new programs/product launches
- Monitoring and improving KPIs - on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, total landed cost, supplier quality
- Building and managing supply chain budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership
- Travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

What we offerThe base salary for this role is $160,000 annually.
