Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
  • Handle purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and delivery schedules
  • Lead risk management efforts to mitigate supply chain disruptions
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams for supply chain readiness on new programs
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as on-time delivery and total landed cost
  • Build and manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership

Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Developing and executing global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
  • Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
  • Managing purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and delivery schedules
  • Leading risk management efforts to mitigate disruptions (geopolitical, tariff, capacity, single-source supplier risk)
  • Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new programs/product launches
  • Monitoring and improving KPIs - on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, total landed cost, supplier quality
  • Building and managing supply chain budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership
  • Travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

What we offer

The base salary for this role is $160,000 annually.
