We're looking for a Global Supply Chain Specialist - Data Analysis who will help us do the same with supply chain data and analytics: - Someone who can turn complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insight - Someone who brings clarity and momentum to performance management and decision-making across operations - Someone who can help us make it Evident why data-driven planning keeps our customers ahead We need a Global Supply Chain Specialist - Data Analysis responsible for independently developing, creating, and using data analytics tools for Evident's global Supply Chain Management team and other operations functions, and for driving business performance in close collaboration with stakeholders from senior management to operational teams. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Evaluate and translate business and process reporting requirements and deliver meaningful, actionable analytics tools in close collaboration with internal and external support functions (e.g., BI developers) 2. Independently perform requirements assessment, report development, testing, and user training 3. Perform complex regular and ad-hoc reporting tasks at both regional and global level 4. Guide, train, and support business users, key users, Planners, and Analysts in the use of analytics tools 5. Provide advanced analytics support in global projects (e.g., CEO Kaizen/O2I initiative, forecast approach for 3rdP SIOP, PO reporting for 3rdP Supplier Management) 6. Performance Management: execute operational performance management tasks, including KPI assessment and management reporting, and the identification and execution of required operational improvement actions; this covers key order-to-invoice, procure-to-pay, and inventory metrics, but can vary depending on business priorities 7. Perform routine and advanced planner tasks for the EMEA and Americas region: maintain, automate, and optimize critical system settings (e.g., ROP, MRP profile, lead times) and provide governance and training to planners and other business users 8. Perform operational inventory and purchase order management tasks, coordinate supply replenishment with internal suppliers, carriers, and the import team, and stand in for other operational team members MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a planner or analyst role, or an exceptional track record of developing, deploying, and applying business-critical analytics tools. Experience in an internationally operating company. Experience collaborating across functional levels, from management to operational teams Skills: Experienced with analytics and planning software (e.g., SAP IBP or comparable), ERP systems, and BI reporting tools. Confident handling of MS Office programs. Experience in project work. Fluent in English Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.): Flexibility to align working hours with Germany- and Japan-based colleagues across time zones. Hybrid working model, combining the flexibility of remote work with regular on-site presence.
