Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 that will be responsible and accountable for the execution of material and services content for within the Advanced Weapons Business Unit. This position reports within Global Supply Chain function. This position is required to be full-time, on site in Woodland Hills, CA locations. No remote/telework arrangement is available for this position. Applicants must have the ability to obtain a US Government DoD Secret Clearance .
Essential Functions:
Coordinates cross-functionally with all of supply chain to ensure that the supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers. Responsible for the risk & issue management, cost account management (CAM) and budget oversight. Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, and make/buy plans. Leads supply chain program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution.
The location for this opportunity is Northridge, California.
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree with 5 years experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' experience in the following areas: Program/Project Management, Global Supply Chain (GSC), and/or similar related areas.
Experience leading a process, project and team.
Experience with FAR/DFAR Procurement Compliance.
This position requires an active DOD Secret Clearance, with investigation completed within the last 5 years, as well as ability to obtain a Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $117,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
