What You Will DoLead & Develop the Team- Build and lead a high-performing Global Strategic Accounts team, selecting top-tier Service Account Managers, Project Managers, Field Engineer Supervisors, Field Engineers, and Associate Project Managers.
- Coach, mentor, and guide your employees through regular meetings, ensuring the service team receives continuous training on project management techniques to hit their targets.
- Manage, maintain, and execute training, auditing, and assessment programs to continuously upskill field service staff.
- Resolve complex issues by reviewing escalated operational challenges and responding directly to complaints from high-profile customers.
Drive Strategic & Operational Excellence- Lead and direct day-to-day service operations to meet and exceed planned deliverables in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Manage GSA Service Department projects following structured project processes, providing clear direction to assisting Project Engineers.
- Formulate the operations execution plan across your direct team, the ALC Dealer Network, and ALC Branches.
- Direct revenue forecasting activities and set performance standards aligned with assigned objectives.
- Partner with the GSA General Manager to develop forward-looking business strategies for new business and retention.
- Collaborate with other ALCF regional operations leaders to share best practices and drive organizational consistency.
- Reallocate resources dynamically to optimize service department performance and improve overall results.
Own the Relationship- Establish and develop professional, long-term relationships with strategic prospects and key clients, ensuring their unique needs are met within the bounds of contracted scopes.
- Promote and support service account managers in executing Time and Material Repairs, Service Projects, and Service Agreements within GSA markets/verticals.
- Support the sales team in analyzing bid opportunities, reviewing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure maximum estimation accuracy.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience as a Service Account Manager in the Building Automation/Controls Industry
- Must have a valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field
- Experience leading a national service organization focusing on process improvement and customer end-to-end delivery
- Demonstrated knowledge of service financial reporting
- Extensive experience with MS Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and OneDrive
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
