Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in relevant industries (NETA testing, power systems, electrical services).
• Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong acumen in business operations, particularly P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze department performance metrics for efficiency and staffing needs.
• Review P&L reports to identify trends and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Develop and execute annual business plans in line with company goals.
• Lead business development initiatives and oversee the sales team.
• Plan and manage recruitment and coaching of technical and operational staff.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure all staff complete required safety training.
• Ensure quality standards are adhered to and work follows established SOPs.
• Collaborate with other management teams to ensure cohesive customer solutions.
• Mentor subordinate managers to enhance their leadership and technical skills.
