As the
Global Demand Planner, this particular role will be focused on the Services and Support channel (SSD). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the regional SSD demand planners and the IBP data scientists to generate reliable forecasts and coordinate demand reviews at a global level. Your role will be crucial in ensuring effective demand schedules, streamlining internal processes, and ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
Principle Duties/Responsibilities:- Develop Demand Forecasts: Utilize IBP data scientist modeling, market intelligence, and field sales input to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Coordinate Demand Reviews: Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to conduct thorough demand reviews.
- Execute Demand Planning: Provide reliable forecasts to ensure effective demand planning.
- Analyze Historical Sales Trends: Review past sales trends, research demand drivers, and evaluate forecast results to inform future planning.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis: Investigate key metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, and value add to identify underlying issues.
- Derive Consolidated Forecasts: Generate a comprehensive forecast of unconstrained demand.
- Evaluate IBP Deviations: Discuss and understand the impact of last month's IBP deviations on the current month's plan.
- Facilitate Best Practices: Proactively facilitate and re-engineer best practices, fostering consensus among functional experts.
- Drive Improvement Actions: Implement actions for improvement and develop a stakeholder communication plan.
- Monitor Forecast Consumption: Track forecast consumption and plan attainment to ensure alignment with goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Extensive knowledge and specialized expertise in sales, marketing, or finance; experience in forecasting or planning is a plus.
- Strong executive presence and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess complex business problems and deliver impactful results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with different levels of management.
- Self-motivated and capable of operating independently.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $139,440.00 - $261,450.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
