Global Social Analytics Specialist

about this role

The Global Social Analytics Specialist will be responsible for delivering social listening, reporting, and analytics to support the global social and content team. This role partners closely with regional and cross-functional teams, as well as agency partners, to support a wide range of social insights and reporting needs. The Specialist will help manage both recurring and ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data and analysis to inform decision-making

core responsibilities
  • Support global and regional social media measurement by delivering clear, data-driven insights that inform strategy and execution
  • Partner with internal and external agencies to produce monthly and quarterly global social performance reports along with ongoing and ad hoc owned and earned social analytics
  • Serve as a power user of our social analytics and listening platforms by managing tagging structures, supporting brief development, and maintaining daily culture and conversation tracking
  • Support regional teams in leveraging the social tool stack, while helping translate insights into locally relevant actions and recommendations
  • Conduct proactive and reactive social listening analyses to identify sentiment shifts, emerging themes, viral moments, and opportunities for timely content or engagement
  • Monitor cultural conversations and social trends across sports and culture, surfacing relevant insights to influencer content planning, campaign development, and key brand moments
  • Track competitor activity, platform updates, and broader industry trends, compiling routine reports that highlight key leanings and implications for day-to-day decision making
  • Provide operational and analytical support to the global social team, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality insight delivery across all markets
qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years professional experience in social listening, social analytics, or digital marketing with hands-on experience with social listening and reporting tools (e.g. Emplifi, Plot, Tubular)
  • Proficiency in Boolean logic and query-based search building, with the ability to synthesize owned and earned social data into clear actionable insights
  • Experience creating executive-ready reports and visualizations in PowerPoint and Excel, with a solid understanding of social metrics and performance reporting
  • Proven ability to identify emerging trends, viral moments, and cultural conversations that present both risks and opportunities for the brand
  • Deep curiosity about online culture, trends, and community conversation, paired with a passion for innovating how brands connect on social platforms

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$71,400-$93,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
