Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
  • Business experience using digital advertising to drive business objectives.
  • Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
  • Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others, and deliver against goals and milestones.
  • Ability to take initiative, address challenges, make continuous process improvements, and drive matters to completion.
  • Excellent investigative skills, including quantitative fluency, and communication skills.

Our team focuses on growing Search business growth through equipping sales teams and advertisers with frameworks, products and recommendations to meet their business goals. The product portfolio includes features like Smart Bidding, Campaign total budgets, and AI Max.

In this role, you will motivate sellers and customers to adopt advanced budget strategies that maximize value. Leading cross-functional projects with Product Managers and Global Leads, you will ensure best practices, deliver compelling sales collaterals, and channel user feedback back to product teams.

You will focus on gaining user trust. You will be a thought leader in landing the message that new AI-powered solutions (like AI Max) are the red Ferrari but budgets are the fuel! You will be responsible to drive the budgets goals and share key learnings from Search with other networks (e.g., Shopping, Apps, Customer Lifecycle Solutions).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $179000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Work across product, sales, support and marketing teams to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for new search budgets features and solutions.
  • Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
  • Enable the Search sales teams including the agency team through the necessary information, education and sales materials to win pitches and open new budgets from advertisers.
  • Travel globally to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
