Do you have what it takes?

This role suits someone who connects the dots between science, customers, and business strategy. You're naturally curious about how diagnostic labs operate and enjoy translating insights into clear product direction. You work well with cross-functional teams, balancing different perspectives while keeping projects moving forward.

Strong analytical thinking helps you interpret market data and performance trends, while clear communication allows you to influence decisions across teams. If you're comfortable navigating complexity, managing multiple priorities, and advocating for the customer, you'll do well here.

  • Location: San Diego, CA (hybrid work model)
  • Travel: Approximately 20-30% for field meetings, internal collaboration, and customer engagement
  • Must hold a valid driver's license

The annualized base salary range for this role is $106,500 to $166,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
