Full Job Description
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Global PR Operations Coordinator to support the operational infrastructure of our international theatrical PR function. This role is central to ensuring that global PR teams across multiple territories have timely access to the editorial assets, materials, and operational support they need to execute best-in-class campaigns for our theatrical slate.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments, is comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across time zones, and brings a systematic approach to asset management, distribution workflows, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn - someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, executes with precision, and builds foundational processes that support a growing global PR organization.
Key job responsibilities
• Curate, organize, and distribute editorial PR assets (production notes, stills, clips, BTS, key art,

established timelines
• Maintain and manage centralized PR asset libraries ensuring materials are current, properly labeled,
version-controlled, approved and accessible to international teams in real time
• Track asset delivery timelines against campaign calendars and flag gaps or delays to leadership
before they impact execution
• Develop and maintain distribution checklists and tracking systems to confirm receipt across all
territories and escalate issues proactively
• Support logistics coordination for global press tours, international junkets, and multi-market talent
days including travel coordination, scheduling, venue logistics, and material preparation
• Coordinate cross-territory PR campaign calendars, tracking embargo dates, press day schedules,
premiere timelines, and market-specific release cadences
• Maintain and update campaign documents, contact lists, schedules, and operational trackers
ensuring all information is current and accessible to the team
• Prepare briefing documents, itineraries, and day-of materials for press days, premieres, and talent
appearances
• Serve as operational liaison between hub office PR leadership and international PR teams,
ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely information flow
• Manage vendor relationships related to PR operations
• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentation related to PR operations
across multiple territories, ensuring compliance with Amazon financial policies and territory-specific
requirements
• Support onboarding of new PR vendors and agency partners across international markets including
gathering required documentation, setting up accounts, and establishing communication protocols
• Support daily operational workflow of the global PR function, ensuring teams across LatAm, EMEA,
ANZ, and APAC have what they need to execute campaigns on time and on strategy
• Build and maintain process documentation (playbooks, checklists, workflow guides) that enable
consistency as the team and slate scale
• Implement tracking and reporting systems that provide visibility into asset distribution status,
operational bottlenecks, and team bandwidth across territories
