Job Description
The Global People Technology & Adoption leader is responsible for defining and executing the global enterprise strategy for P&C technology and adoption. This role partners closely with P&C leaders and GETS (Global Enterprise Technology Solutions) to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric technology solutions that enable the employee lifecycle and support organizational growth.
The leader partners with GETS on global HRIS implementations, system enhancements, integrations, vendor relationships, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience. This role also leads the adoption of enhancements, processes and new systems.
Responsibilities
People Technology Strategy
• Develop and execute the global people technology roadmap aligned with business and P&C priorities.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across P&C.
• Ensure systems support evolving workforce, compliance, and organizational needs.
• Drive standardization while allowing for regional and country-specific requirements.
Global Implementations
• Partner with GETS (Global Enterprise Technology Solutions) team on implementation of technology roadmap including methodology and governance.
• Direct cross-functional project teams across P&C and GETS partners.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure successful deployment, adoption, and post-implementation support.
Change Management & Adoption
• Lead organizational change initiatives supporting technology implementations.
• Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Build strong stakeholder engagement across regions.
• Measure user adoption and satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Leadership
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing global People Technology team.
• Foster collaboration across global regions and functions.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource planning.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for operational excellence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology
• 2+ Experience as a HR Business Partner
• Experience managing multinational, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing enterprise software vendors and consulting partners.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, technology-savvy leader with deep expertise in HR systems and global implementations. They combine strong program management skills with business acumen, excel at leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and have a proven ability to deliver enterprise-wide technology transformations. They are equally comfortable discussing system architecture with IT, influencing senior executives, and partnering with P&C leaders to create intuitive, scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Salary Range: $164,500 - $193,600 + annual bonus
