We are seeking a highly experienced and operationally minded Global People Operations & Compliance Lead to help scale and strengthen our global People function. This role will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner responsible for driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and global workforce requirements.

This person will play a critical role in building scalable infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and enabling an exceptional employee experience across a global workforce.
Here's a closer look at this key role:Global People Operations- Lead and optimize People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, global mobility, and offboarding.
- Develop scalable operating procedures, documentation, and process governance to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across People programs and systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Talent Acquisition to deliver seamless employee experiences.
Compliance & Audit Readiness- Own global compliance initiatives, including policy development, policy maintenance, compliance training administration, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure readiness for audits and execute on audit requirements.
- Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and partner with stakeholders to implement necessary updates.
- Establish controls and processes that mitigate risk while supporting business growth.
Immigration & Global Mobility- Serve as the primary People Operations lead for immigration and visa programs.
- Partner with external immigration counsel and vendors to manage visa sponsorships, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Manage global mobility programs, including employee transfers, relocations, and cross-border workforce considerations.
- Develop scalable frameworks, approval workflows, and documentation to support a globally distributed workforce.
Contractor & Workforce Management- Oversee contractor engagement policy, processes and governance, ensuring proper classification, documentation, and compliance.
- Partner with business stakeholders on contingent workforce strategy and administration.
- Manage relationships with EOR and workforce management vendors where applicable.
HR Systems, Reporting & Operational Excellence- Partner business systems teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and process automation.
- Establish and maintain operational metrics and dashboards to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team capacity and reduce manual work.
- Implement automation strategies leveraging AI.
What You'll Need:- 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compliance, or related functions.
- Experience supporting global workforces in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment compliance, workforce administration, and HR operational best practices.
- Experience managing immigration programs, global mobility initiatives, and contractor workforce processes.
- Demonstrated success building scalable processes, documentation, and operational infrastructure.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and executive stakeholders with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer service mindset when interacting with employees and key business stakeholders.
- Strong project management, systems thinking, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$104,265-$143,430 USD
