Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related experience required; OR 10+ years of direct Global Payroll, multi country experience without a degree
• 8-10 years managing a multi-country payroll function with full responsibility for reconciliations and internal controls
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, engaging with executives on tax matters
• 3-5 years' experience with stock awards and defined contribution plans
• Proven ability to develop and apply key performance metrics and analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across various countries and pay groups, ensuring accurate and compliant processing
• Implement and continuously improve standard operating procedures and controls
• Oversee payroll reconciliations while investigating and resolving variances
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, wage, hour, and data privacy requirements, coordinating statutory filings
• Act as the primary contact for payroll audits and controls testing, providing necessary documentation
• Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure service levels and issue resolution
• Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT to resolve escalated issues and enhance employee experience
• Drive performance metrics and analytics, presenting actionable insights to leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop payroll team members to ensure consistent global standards execution
