Success in this role means delivering consolidated, accurate operational financials within the first six months, establishing a best-in-class KPI reporting cadence, and becoming a trusted strategic partner to operations leaders worldwide within 12-18 months.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:
  • Consolidate global operations financial results and forecasts across all regional manufacturing and distribution sites to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting.
  • Partner with regional operations leadership and plant controllers to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis and management reporting that communicates financial performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to senior leadership.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial consolidation processes, reduce cycle time, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Serve as a strategic finance business partner to Logistics and Procurement teams, delivering financial analysis, performance reporting, forecasting support, and actionable insights to ensure operational and financial metrics are achieved.

  • Manage the global capital investment budget for operations and partner with operations leaders on investment analysis to support CAR (capital appropriation requests).
  • Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support operations decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring the integrity of operations financial data.
