About the role:

We're seeking a Global Operations Finance Manager to serve as the financial backbone of Videojet's global manufacturing and operations network. In this role, you'll consolidate global operations financials, forecasts and budget, analyze key operational performance indicators, and translate data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions. This is an opportunity to shape how a world-class operations finance function works-with high visibility to senior leadership and a meaningful path for career advancement.

You'll work closely with regional operations teams, plant controllers, and business unit leaders across multiple geographies to align financial performance with operational strategy. Success in this role means delivering consolidated, accurate operational financials within the first six months, establishing a best-in-class KPI reporting cadence, and becoming a trusted strategic partner to operations leaders worldwide

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Consolidate global operations financial results and forecasts across all regional manufacturing and distribution sites to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting.

  • Analyze key operational performance indicators-including cost of goods sold, absorption variances, productivity, and capacity utilization-to identify trends and inform corrective action.

  • Partner with regional operations leadership and plant controllers to develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate reporting requirements.

  • Deliver insightful variance analysis and management reporting that communicates financial performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to senior leadership.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial consolidation processes, reduce cycle time, and improve forecast accuracy.

  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams to model and assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational changes.

  • Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support operations decision-making and scenario planning.

  • Support internal and external audit processes by maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring the integrity of operations financial data.

These are the must-have requirements for the role:

  • Experience in financial planning & analysis, operations finance, or manufacturing finance within a global organization

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Proven track record of leading financial consolidation processes across multiple business units or geographies

  • Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or OneStream)

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional and senior leadership audiences

  • Collaborative communication style with demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across regional and global teams

These are nice-to-have skills that will set candidates apart:

  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technology company environment

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA designation

  • Background in working with cross-cultural or globally distributed teams

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, VBS)

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Exposure to Veralto Business System (VBS) or similar operating frameworks
