You will serve as the central point of coordination, driving alignment across teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and within scope.

We are looking for a unique blend of creative project management expertise and digital program management experience, along with the ability to navigate multi-partner environments and improve results across diverse teams.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale program(s) sponsored by Global PCG Marketing and involving multiple departments
  • Drive program governance, project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to support Global PCG Marketing goals, including facilitating planning meetings, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress
  • Manage interdependencies between creative, operational, and technology workstreams
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, track deliverables, and overcome challenges
  • Communicate regularly with project sponsors, partners, and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Manage tasks across multiple workstreams, concurrently
  • Engage with internal and external creative partners, managing communications, timelines, feedback, and budgets
  • Analyze project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and enhanced partner experiences
  • Ensure all creative and technical deliverables receive appropriate reviews and approvals, before version releases
  • Follow established project management, creative development, and archival procedures
  • Document processes for project teams to reference
  • Train new members of the project team on processes to ensure ongoing success

Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management, program management, or related experience
  • Professional project management certification preferred
  • Experience leading complex projects involving both business and technology teams
  • Expertise managing large-scale programs with multiple departments or partners
  • Experience in creative/marketing project management involving digital multimedia experiences
  • Translate goals into actionable project plans and coordinate execution across diverse teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Results focused with a proven track record of driving projects to completion and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira

Compensation:
  • $95,000 - $135,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

  • 100% paid medical, dental and vision premiums for you and your qualifying dependents
  • A 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum
  • 20 days of PTO, plus 10 paid holidays
  • Family Support programs including 8 week Paid Primary Caregiver Leave, $10,000 fertility, family forming, and hormonal health assistance, and back-up child, adult, and elder care
