  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Legal, Audit) and managing vendors to effectively resolve investigations.
  • Experience in incident management, data analysis, and conducting investigations (e.g., workplace violence, financial crimes, insider threats, intellectual property).


About the job

As part of the Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) organization, the Security Investigations and Assessments (SIA) team aims to protect Google's people, property, and information through proactive risk mitigation, objective investigations and assessments, expert advisory service, and data-driven insights. We conduct thorough investigations into potential security violations and policy breaches, analyze threats to identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide expert guidance on security best practices.

As a Global Investigator on the Security Investigations and Assessments team, you will conduct fact-finding investigations and assessments to ensure Google's safety. Partnering cross-functionally across the organization, you will navigate a broad range of issues from policy breaches and leaks of company information to fraud and organized criminal activity. You will deliver holistic outcomes, including objective, evidence-based findings and recommendations to prevent, detect, deter, and disrupt future issues.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $105000 - $152000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
