Job Description
You Will Make an Impact By:
Leading global demand planning activities and serving as the focal point of communication with Business and Operations leaders.
Driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Operations.
Designing, coordinating, and publishing reports on forecast, inventory, and operations aligned to current business requirements.
Managing escalations through to completion with timely communication to stakeholders.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to establish and maintain standardized operating procedures.
Managing inventory levels across assigned regions, optimizing supply chain performance with Sales, Operations, and Product Management to ensure proper inventory KPIs and minimizing excess and obsolete materials.
Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to ensure smooth transition between new and existing products.
Measuring, supporting, and developing local entity planners for continuous improvement.
Managing system parameters throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Balancing supply and capacity to ensure optimal customer service and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications for Considerations
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
5 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain exposure with at least 1 year managing planning teams.
Good knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory management, and capacity planning.
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, develop forecasts, and present meaningful data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as needed to support business operations.
Preferred Qualifications for Considerations
Advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS/CPIM) preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc) and advanced Excel/reporting tools. PowerBI experience a plus.
Experience with planning for high mix products and global/multi-region environments.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives a plus.
