  • Manage and develop immigration professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Partner across Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and People Operations to integrate immigration into business planning and enable global workforce mobility.
  • Drive vendor performance, process improvements, and scalable initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience, helping to future-proof our operations.
  • Support M&A and new-market expansion by leading immigration due diligence and designing solutions that ensure smooth transitions and operational readiness.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor, offering pragmatic, business-aligned guidance to stakeholders globally.
We're excited about you because...

  • You have experience managing and developing immigration professionals and driving vendor performance and accountability.
  • You're a strong communicator and problem-solver who can simplify complexity and partner effectively across functions.
  • You think strategically but aren't afraid to dive into details to make things happen.
