The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive
HR Project Specialist to join our global HR team supporting Sustainability Business and One Services.
In this role, you will act as a key partner to senior HR leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives, coordinating complex global projects, providing people insights and analytics, and supporting the execution of business-critical people strategies.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse international environment, interact with senior business and HR leaders, and contribute directly to organizational transformation, workforce planning, talent initiatives, and employee experience programs.
What You Will Do
- Lead or contribute to global HR projects and transformation initiatives across Sustainability Business and One Services, partnering with HR and business leaders across regions and functions.
- Drive the execution, governance, and monitoring of strategic people programs and organizational initiatives.
- Deliver workforce planning, people analytics, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Act as a program management partner for critical business and HR priorities, ensuring effective coordination, follow-through, and execution.
- Develop executive presentations, leadership communications, and materials for leadership reviews, meetings, and events.
- Collaborate cross-functional stakeholders globally to drive alignment and results in a highly matrixed environment.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR consulting, HR project management, or people analytics, ideally gained within the energy services, sustainability, technology, or software sectors.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment and collaborating across regions and functions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority in a matrix organization.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformation, workforce planning, or people analytics programs.
- Exposure to sustainability, energy, software, digital, or services businesses.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, communications, and leadership review materials.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
