We are seeking an exceptional Senior Global Leader of Total Rewards to shape and lead our global compensation, executive compensation, sales incentive compensation, benefits, retirement, and mobility strategies. This pivotal role will design and deliver a Total Rewards philosophy that aligns with our evolving business strategy, strengthens our employer value proposition, and supports a performance-driven culture across a diverse global workforce.

Deep experience of US public company executive compensation and BOD committee interaction is a must for this role. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operational leader-capable of driving large-scale change, developing global frameworks that resonate locally, and inspiring a high-performing global team.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-looking global Total Rewards strategy aligned with the company's business priorities and transformation agenda.
• Compensation & Executive Compensation: Lead design and governance of broad-based and executive compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent; partner with the Compensation Committee of the Board on executive compensation matters.
• Benefits, Retirement & Wellbeing: Oversee global benefits and retirement programs, ensuring competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and alignment with employee needs and local regulations.
• Global Mobility: Lead the strategy and execution of international mobility and expatriate programs, ensuring seamless global talent movement.
• Transformation & Change Leadership: Serve as a catalyst for organizational transformation-simplifying structures, digitizing processes, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a large global team, building capability and engagement across geographies.
• Collaboration & Influence: Partner with senior executives, HR business partners, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to drive integrated, enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure programs are compliant with global and local regulations, aligned with company values, and reflect best-in-class governance practices.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience in large, complex, publicly held, multinational organizations.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing Total Rewards strategies in support of transformation, turnaround, or high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise across compensation, executive compensation, sales incentive compensation, benefits, retirement, and mobility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse, global teams.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to influence at all levels, including the CHRO, CEO, and Board.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with keen attention to detail and execution excellence.
• Passion for leading change, continuous improvement, and driving impact.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) preferred.
