Full Job Description
Description

The Global Head of Content Publishing & Operations leads the newest Future Studios pillar: everything that happens after content is delivered and ready for publishing. This leader runs content operations and the publishing calendar across YouTube, social and audio/vodcast, owns post publish performance analytics and audience development, sets packaging and optimization standards including title and thumbnail testing, and owns the Studios performance scorecard. The role leads the Vertical Channel Manager team and closes the loop between what is made, how it performs and what it earns.

What You'll Do

You will report into the SVP, Future Creative
  • Own global publishing operations, the publishing calendar, CMS and distribution operations across YouTube, social video and audio/vodcast for the brand portfolio.
  • Lead the Vertical Channel Manager team (Fashion Beauty & Homes; Tech; Games & Entertainment) and set portfolio wide channel growth targets.
  • Own audience development and analytics: post publish performance, retention, CTR and engagement reporting into the weekly publishing and performance review, which you chair.
  • Define packaging, thumbnail, title, metadata and scheduling standards, and run continuous testing and optimization programs including the 72 hour optimization pass.
  • Own platform monetization health: YouTube revenue and RPM signals, Shorts monetization, podcast advertising readiness and claims and policy management.
  • Manage platform partner relationships (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Spotify) including feature access, disputes and monetization policy.
  • Feed performance insight back into greenlights, renewal decisions and talent investments through the monthly audience development report.
  • Establish rights, claims and content ID practices protecting and monetizing Future's catalogue.
  • Serve as the AI proving ground lead for the studio: testing, analytics and metadata automation inside real workflows.

What You'll Bring
  • 12+ years in digital video, publishing operations or audience development, including 5+ years leading YouTube or multi platform channel operations at scale.
  • Proven growth outcomes on YouTube including subscriber, watch time and RPM improvement across multiple channels.
  • Deep command of platform monetization mechanics, analytics tooling and testing methodology.
  • Experience leading channel manager and audience development teams across markets.
  • Strong data fluency; comfortable owning revenue and performance reporting to executive audiences.
  • Experience with rights management and content ID at portfolio scale preferred.

What We Offer

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k plus a company match
  • Uncapped leave
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus
  • Refer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future
  • Well-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant Programs
  • Opportunity to purchase shares in Future with our Share Incentive Plan
