About the Role

As the Global Forecast to Manufacture (FTM) Value Stream Lead, you will partner with Supply Chain business leaders to transform and standardize end-to-end Forecast to Manufacture processes, leveraging industry best practices and SAP S/4HANA along with complementary digital solutions to support Gore Fabrics' strategic objectives. Forecast to Manufacture covers the following end-to-end processes: Forecast to Planning, Plan to Manufacture, Source to Pay, and Quality.

This role provides strategic leadership for Forecast to Manufacture business capabilities, processes, and technology solutions across Gore Fabrics and enterprise transformation initiatives. It combines business transformation, process, and technology expertise to deliver scalable, standardized, and business-focused FTM capabilities across regions and operating companies. You will collaborate with Supply Chain business stakeholders, Digital/IT teams, solution architects, functional experts, and implementation partners to define and implement future-state processes that improve Supply Chain operational performance and enterprise-wide standardization. While supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation and sustainment activities, the primary focus is driving continuous improvement, process governance, and harmonization across SAP and complementary platforms.

As the strategic owner of the FTM value stream, you will ensure Supply Chain planning, procurement, and manufacturing capabilities enable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while advancing enterprise-wide standardization.

This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Pay and Benefits:

• $155,000 - $183,000 per year
• Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global FTM value stream strategy, governance, and process standardization across regions within Fabrics in collaboration with other OpCos.
• Partner across Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Digital, Enterprise Architecture, and Cross-OpCo SAP teams to align global FTM processes, business capabilities, and SAP S/4HANA & other solutions.
• Define and enable scalable future-state FTM processes supporting growth, Supply Chain operational excellence, and product quality.
• Provide leadership for SAP S/4HANA FTM design, deployment, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead FTM activities during implementation, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases, including issue resolution & escalation, cross-functional coordination, and transition to support organizations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and simplification.
• Coach business process specialists and support organizational readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, ERP transformation, 3PL operations, or related business process leadership roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading efforts implementing SAP S/4HANA IBP, PPDS, PP, MM, & QM, including integration with Finance, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash (OTC), and related business processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP IBP, PPDS or PP.
• Demonstrated success leading global process standardization, SAP implementations, and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FTM best practices, Agile and Lean methodologies, and process automation.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead initiatives in complex global organizations.
• Excellent business process analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience serving as a Global Process Owner, Business Process Integration Manager, Cross Value Stream Solution Architect, or Business Transformation Lead.
• Experience working in manufacturing or complex global supply chain environments.
• SAP certification in IBP, PP, or PPDS and/or an MBA (or equivalent advanced degree) preferred.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
