The Global Business Marketing (GBM) team champions TikTok in the B2B landscape, showing advertisers and sales teams how TikTok's creative ecosystem drives real business results. We build the stories, education, and go-to-market programs that sellers use to deepen client relationships across markets. Working with brands of all sizes, we also bring campaigns to life through creative ideation, brand and event strategy, and the design and production of TikTok for Business marketing, so advertisers can create content that connect with audiences. Trends, consumer behavior, and advertising formats all move quickly on TikTok. The challenge is turning what makes the platform engaging into solutions that are creative, measurable, and scalable across very different markets, without making the experience feel like traditional advertising. You will shape how the market understands TikTok as a business platform, and help brands show up authentically on it. The vision of the Global Integrated Marketing Communications (GIMC) Team within Global Business Marketing (GBM) is to create a global brand that amplifies our mission and establishes TikTok as a unique and critical investment for the industry we serve. Fostering best in class creative work on our platform, inspiring the industry through storytelling and showcasing our unique business brand at scale is the core focus of our collective team. Our purpose is to inspire, educate and unlock the possibilities on TikTok for the marketing community and businesses of all sizes. The Experiential Marketing Manager owns end-to-end program leadership for TikTok's most complex global B2B tentpole moments, currently anchored by Cannes Lions. This role owns the full program from building awareness and demand ahead of the event, through strategy, creative development and execution, to post-event follow-up and measuring results. This person is the overall program owner, bringing together strategy, creative, events, marketing, sales and other partners to ensure every part of the program works together and delivers against its goals. While the role has deep ownership of the event experience and production, the responsibility extends beyond the event itself to the full audience journey and what happens before and after the moment. In addition, this role oversees the production engine for the broader global events portfolio, helping establish the processes, partners and standards that allow the team to deliver high-quality work efficiently and consistently. Responsibilities Own the Program End to End - Own the full program for assigned global tentpoles, from planning and building demand ahead of the event through execution, post-event follow-up and measuring results - Develop the overall plan for the program, aligning teams around goals, audiences, key moments and priorities - Serve as the central point of coordination across Channels, Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, Comms, Legal, Executive teams, etc - Ensure the experience, content, communications and follow-up all work together as one cohesive program - Identify risks, challenges and resource needs early and bring forward clear solutions Lead the Event and Experience - Lead planning and execution across the full event footprint, including creative development, programming, production, logistics, talent and attendee experience - Partner closely with Creative to develop a cohesive and distinctive TikTok brand experience - Manage relationships with executives, talent and high-profile guests, including complex logistics and negotiations - Own budgets, timelines, agencies, vendors and production partners to ensure the program is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard Oversee the Production Engine - Oversee production and delivery across the broader global events portfolio, including vendor and agency management, budgets and coordination across workstreams - Build and improve processes, tools and templates that make it easier for the team to deliver great work consistently - Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors and venue partners - Partner with the Director of Global Events & Experiential Strategy and other Program Leads to align on standards, ways of working and success measures across the portfolio Lead and Develop the Team - Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow their event and program leadership skills - Help the team work more effectively across functions and build stronger ways of working - Identify opportunities to improve how the organization plans, delivers and measures events

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Leadership experience in relevant events/program management experience, including ownership of large-scale, multi-stakeholder global programs - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-stakes programs end-to-end including budget, vendor/agency management, executive relationships, on-site execution - Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight deadlines - Strong judgment and composure, with a track record of navigating organizational change without losing team stability - A growing strategic voice with experience or demonstrated potential to help shape upstream program strategy, not only execute an established plan - Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in advertising or B2B marketing - Demonstrated experience with new client acquisition or demand generation events, including working with Sales on audience, conversion goals, and pipeline tracking

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $272000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
