This role is the connective tissue of Micron's event strategy. As Event and Tradeshow Content Lead, you shape the narrative spine of each show-aligning business unit priorities, corporate messaging, and booth experiences into one clear Micron story. You influence senior stakeholders, guide content decisions, and ensure every event delivers relevance, consistency, and impact.
Responsibilities:- Define and own the end-to-end show narrative, aligning BU product priorities with corporate and brand messaging
- Lead Director-level BU stakeholders through kickoff, alignment, and content lock processes across multiple shows
- Curate demo and booth content into a cohesive attendee experience, ensuring stories connect across BUs
- Develop booth staff messaging, talk tracks, and lead pre-show training to ensure confident, consistent storytelling
- Deliver executive-ready post-show recaps and manage post-event content in partnership with PR, social, and amplification teams
Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, content strategy, or brand experience roles
- Experience working within large, multi-BU B2B technology organizations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional alignment with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
- Strong editorial and narrative skills translating technical content into audience-ready stories
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting major B2B trade shows such as GTC, CES, Supercomputing, or Embedded World
- Background in semiconductor, memory/storage, AI, or data center technologies
- Experience developing booth staff training programs and enablement content
- Comfort synthesizing event performance data into executive insights and recommendations
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$123,000.00 - $295,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
