The role ensures that the platforms, environments, and supporting services behind these products are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with the firm's digital strategy.
Operating at the intersection of technology delivery and business strategy, the role sets the direction for cloud infrastructure and product development, manages relationships with technology vendors, and partners closely with client-facing digital leadership to ensure infrastructure decisions advance the value delivered to clients. The role carries global accountability and leads a multidisciplinary team across product development and platform operations.

Your Impact- Own the strategy, architecture, and operation of the global cloud infrastructure supporting client-facing digital applications.
- Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, highly available, cost-effective, and capable of supporting global delivery requirements.
- Establish standards for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, performance, and continuous improvement across regions.
- Oversee the development and lifecycle management of client-facing digital products and the platforms that support them.
- Define and ensure governance standards, development practices, and quality assurance across the team.
- Ensure development efforts are coordinated with platform capabilities and aligned to delivery timelines.
- Contribute to and execute the global digital product and platform strategy in alignment with the firm's broader digital agenda.
- Develop technology roadmaps that anticipate future client needs, emerging technologies, and capacity requirements.
- Translate business and client-facing strategy into platform investment decisions.
- Build adaptable, modular capabilities that allow WSP to respond rapidly to changing client needs and a fast-evolving technology landscape, accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies in client-facing solutions.
- Ensure platforms and products meet security, data protection, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Establish governance practices for infrastructure change, resilience, and business continuity.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team spanning infrastructure, development, and platform operations.
- Foster collaboration across regions, business lines, and technical disciplines. Work closely with IT leadership to maintain alignment and maximize application of resources and skills
The skills that set you apart- Substantial leadership experience in digital infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application development, ideally within a global organization.
- Proven track record of delivering and operating infrastructure for client-facing or commercial digital products at scale.
- Experience managing technology vendors and infrastructure service providers, including contract and performance oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical strategy and translate it into actionable, measurable plans.
- Experience leading distributed, multidisciplinary technical teams across regions.
- Strong understanding of security, data protection, and governance requirements for global digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with agility and responsiveness in a rapidly evolving technology landscape, balancing speed of delivery with resilience and control.
