The Team

This team sits within Clearwater Analytics and supports clients leveraging our Enfusion PMS capabilities, a core part of our portfolio management and accounting platform. The team operates across front-, middle-, and back-office workflows, partnering with asset managers to implement and optimize trading, portfolio, and accounting processes.

You'll lead a team of Solutions Managers working across the full investment lifecycle-connecting trades, positions, P&L, and financial reporting. The team partners closely with clients, internal implementation teams, and Valuation & Risk to solve complex workflow, instrument, and accounting challenges.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of PMS Solutions Managers, setting priorities and ensuring successful delivery across client projects
  • Oversee the team's implementation portfolio, including project planning, staffing, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Spearhead client onboarding and conversion projects (AUM ranging from $100mm to $5bn), ensuring seamless integration and optimization of client portfolio management processes
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for technical, operational, and client-facing questions across team projects
  • Guide the resolution of complex issues involving trading workflows, positions, P&L, exposure, corporate actions, allocations, commissions, and PMS-to-General Ledger reconciliation
  • Partner with project managers, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage delivery risks and maintain strong client relationships
  • Establish consistent team practices for implementation quality, documentation, knowledge sharing, and client communication
  • Streamline implementation processes to reduce cycle times while maintaining high-quality service and meeting client-specific requirements
  • Support and mentor team members in developing deeper expertise across portfolio management, trading, and accounting workflows
  • Design and oversee sophisticated workflow configurations for complex client operating models, including trading, order management, allocation, position management, and accounting requirements
  • Collaborate with Valuation & Risk on complex instruments, analytics, and implementation requirements
  • Create a performance-driven environment, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing feedback to help team members reach their potential
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to overall team and firm performance growth

What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of experience with Portfolio Management Systems or in middle office, operations, implementation, or consulting roles at an asset manager, bank, administrator, or fintech provider
  • Demonstrated experience leading client implementations, delivery workstreams, or teams in a client-facing environment
  • Strong understanding of trading workflows, the trade lifecycle, P&L, portfolio accounting, and downstream financial reporting
  • Experience managing and resolving complex project, technical, or client escalations
  • Ability to prioritize team capacity and delivery needs across multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across interconnected systems and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and ability to build trust with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with complex investment strategies, multi-manager environments, and multi-asset-class portfolios is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to complex instruments, including swaps, options, and futures, as well as accruals and tax lot accounting, is a plus
  • Prior people leadership, mentorship, or team-lead experience is preferred

Why This Role:
  • Lead a high-impact team supporting sophisticated investment managers and complex PMS implementations
  • Balance people leadership and project oversight with hands-on ownership of a strategically important onboarding
  • Drive outcomes across front-, middle-, and back-office workflows
  • Build deep expertise in Clearwater's Enfusion PMS capabilities, investment operations, and portfolio accounting
  • Create meaningful growth opportunities for team members while shaping delivery standards and client experience
