Job Title: Global Customer Director MNC, Technology Sector NorAm

Lead the global development and growth of assigned multinational customer accounts in the Technology Sector by positioning DHL as a strategic supply chain partner. Drive profitable growth, executive-level customer relationships, sector expansion, and cross-divisional collaboration while ensuring delivery of customer commitments and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership
- Develop and execute global customer growth strategies for multinational customers.
- Create and maintain customer development plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Serve as the senior commercial relationship owner for key global accounts.
- Establish executive sponsorship and strategic dialogue with customer leadership.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Deliver MNC volume growth and gross profit performance against budget targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, and integrated logistics solutions.
- Manage the global sales pipeline and support complex multi-country pursuits.
- Drive RFQ, RFI, and tender strategies to maximize win rates.
Customer Management
- Maintain strong relationships with global procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations executives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure service excellence and customer retention.
- Resolve escalated issues and coordinate resources globally to protect customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and influence virtual teams across countries and regions.
- Coordinate activities with Product, Operations, Solutions Design, Finance, Implementation, and Regional Sales teams.
- Align DHL business units to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Support organizational development, coaching, and performance management of account teams.
Sector & Market Development
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer supply chain challenges.
- Develop sector strategies and value propositions.
- Promote innovation and differentiated logistics solutions.
- Support investment decisions and network development opportunities relevant to customer needs.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or global account management.
- Experience managing large multinational customers.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, and supply chain solutions.
- Executive-level selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional and virtual global teams.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Pay Range: $105,682.50 - $140,910.00+ (Based on Experience)
