Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Control Tower Manager to co-lead our Freight Forwarding Control Tower organization supporting a strategic global customer.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end shipment visibility, exception management, operational performance, customer governance, and continuous improvement across a complex international logistics network. You will serve as a key operational leader, ensuring proactive monitoring, timely escalation management, and consistent execution across regions, products, carriers, vendors, and customer-facing teams.

Working closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Commercial, Technology, and external partners, you will help deliver best-in-class service reliability, operational transparency, and customer outcomes while continuously enhancing the scalability and effectiveness of our Control Tower operating model.

This role is ideal for a logistics professional who combines deep freight forwarding expertise with strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a passion for operational excellence.

Preferred Experience

  • Significant experience within Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, 3PL, 4PL, or Integrated Logistics environments.

  • Strong background in Control Tower Operations, Customer Operations, Operational Excellence, or Global Logistics Management.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvements through data, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience working in an international and matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
