LOCATION: This role will be located out of our San Francisco office, 3x a week with a hybrid work schedule.
JOB OVERVIEW:The Global Client Executive (GCE) is the senior client relationship owner for large, complex, and strategic EPIC clients. The role is responsible for all phases of client relationship management, retention, and expansion, ensuring delivery of the full EPIC platform in alignment with each client's business objectives. Healthcare experience a plus. 5-7 years brokerage experience required.
A GCE is an experienced insurance professional who provides consultative advice, orchestrates multidisciplinary service teams, and is fully accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Healthcare Client Relationship Leadership
• Serve as the primary senior point of contact and relationship owner for large and complex clients
• Develop deep understanding of each client's business, strategy, goals, and risk profile
• Maintain high client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention
• Lead client stewardship strategy and oversee delivery of stewardship reports
Risk Advisory & Strategy
• Identify, analyze, and quantify client exposures
• Design comprehensive risk management strategies aligned to client objectives
• Review client loss experience and exposures relative to coverage structure
• Collaborate with product line specialists to determine optimal program design
Placement & Broking Oversight
• Develop broking strategies responsive to client needs and market conditions
• Communicate placement strategies to clients and obtain approval
• Oversee execution of broking plans across all applicable lines of coverage
Team Orchestration & Service Delivery
• Orchestrate internal service teams across EPIC practices to ensure consistent, high quality delivery
• Promote effective collaboration, performance, and accountability within the client team
• Ensure service standards and timelines are consistently met
Growth & Revenue Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets
• Lead cross selling and integrated platform delivery across all EPIC capabilities
• Manage fee strategies and oversee expansion of client relationships
• Participate in Broker Business Planning and Client Management processes
• Track and manage opportunities through Salesforce in line with growth objectives
Platform & Practice Integration
• Leverage EPIC's full platform, including (but not limited to):
o Property & Casualty, (including Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Captive Reinsurance)
o Executive Risk & Cyber
o Aviation & Marine
o Surety
o Environmental
o Benefits
o Risk Consulting Services (Claims, Loss Control, Analytics)
• Deploy specialty and consulting resources to address complex client needs
Operational & Administrative Accountability
• Maintain accurate client records and reporting through Salesforce and internal systems
• Oversee contract administration, invoicing coordination, and proposal development
• Ensure proper documentation, renewal tracking, and stewardship reporting
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8-10 years of risk management insurance experience in a client-facing role
- Significant healthcare client experience
- Demonstrated experience in project management and client program leadership
- Relevant industry designations preferred (e.g., CIC, CPCU, CRM)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:- Active Property & Casualty Broker License, with the ability to maintain required licensing through continuing education
- Valid driver's license

The national average salary for this role is $250,000 to $350,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
