Position Summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Program Management Advisory & Execution Support Specialist to support the Global Broadcast Service Operations Center (GBSOC). This position provides program management, advisory, and execution support for GBS operations, sustainment, modernization, and integration activities. The role serves as a key coordination point across operational, engineering, and program management stakeholders to ensure successful mission execution, continuity, and modernization of GBS capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Program Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for GBS operations, sustainment, modernization, and integration activities.
• Support execution, coordination, continuity, and integration of government-approved operational initiatives and technical efforts.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, executive summaries, status reports, operational updates, and program documentation.
• Participate in technical working groups, integration forums, operational planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate and deconflict operational priorities associated with GBS broadcast activities and mission requirements.
• Facilitate coordination across GBSOC operations teams, Theater Information Manager (TIM) meetings, Tier-2 Engineers, Program Management Office (PMO) personnel, and mission partners.
• Support technical refresh initiatives, system upgrades, modernization efforts, and implementation of new projects supporting both the GBSOC and Satellite Broadcast Managers (SBMs).
• Track action items, schedules, operational milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution.
• Support communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Assist government leadership with planning, execution tracking, risk identification, and operational decision support.

Required Qualifications
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Or minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting program management, operations support, advisory services, or related activities within a DoD or Federal environment.
• Experience supporting operational coordination, technical integration, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating across multiple technical, operational, and organizational stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Global Broadcast Service (GBS) operations or related satellite communications programs.
• Familiarity with Satellite Broadcast Manager (SBM) systems and associated modernization efforts.
• Combatant Command level Satellite planning Experience
• A deep understanding of military satellite communications systems and network systems
• Experience supporting Program Management Offices (PMOs), systems integration activities, or operational planning organizations.
• Knowledge of Space Force, Air Force, DISA, or other DoD communications and mission support environments.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and multi-organizational coordination efforts.
• Familiarity with project scheduling, action item tracking, risk management, and program execution methodologies.
• IAT Level II certification (SEC+)
