Job Description

You will be part of the US-based WTW Health & Benefits (H&B) Global Practice which is principally focused on supporting H&B clients in delivering our global benefits engagements and supporting our broader team and H&B colleagues to advance our global relationships with high value add services. The work involved is largely centered on delivering global coordination of global engagements, utilizing established systematic service delivery processes, standards, and global resources. Principally, the client profile that we serve in this team are established and emerging multinationals that would be positioned in the US mid and upper-mid markets. In some cases, this team also supports large US multinationals with emerging global footprint and needs.

In this position, the employee will work closely with a dedicated team of Global Benefits specialists and perform a myriad of assignments in a collaborative work setting. There is a considerable focus on delivering WTW Global Benefits Management (GBM) services in the WTW operating model. Services that are fit for the needs of the client profile we serve. This position will be centered on coordinating and managing multi-country projects, working closely with the GBM client lead, client headquarters, local country client contacts and local WTW brokers/consultants. You will serve as the project manager and often assume day-to-day communication liaison role with WTW clients using WTW project management tools.

The Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality, multi-country projects, including Global Benefits Management and other international consulting engagements.
• Serve as the day-to-day project manager, ensuring projects remain on track against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for headquarters and international client stakeholders, coordinating closely with WTW consultants and subject matter experts across the globe.
• Proactively manage client expectations, identify risks, and escalate issues appropriately to senior consultants and project leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through responsive communication, collaboration, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
• Contribute to a variety of consulting projects, including benefits benchmarking, leave programs, common perquisites, multinational pooling, and other global rewards initiatives.
• Support business development activities, including requests for proposals (RFPs), client presentations, and ongoing client support.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams to develop innovative solutions that address client needs.
• Continuously expand knowledge of global benefits and workforce trends to support clients operating in diverse markets.

Qualifications

The Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in global benefits, with demonstrated success delivering HR and benefits consulting services to multinational organizations.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
• Excellent client relationship management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Professional presence with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective resolutions.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to think strategically and see the broader business context, leveraging resources and expertise across practices to address complex client challenges.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot.
• Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• International experience, including living and working abroad, and proficiency in one or more foreign languages are valued assets but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $125,000-$140,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
