About the Role:
As a CBRE Alliance Director, you will assist with the oversight of the department responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with client accounts of strategic significance.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the department responsible for the delivery of all workplace experience services. Examples of services include Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and administrative office duties.
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, oversee recruiting and hiring.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, assignments, and cross-training.
- Implement business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit short and long-range plans and strategies to clients.
- Direct new business efforts with current accounts and source opportunities.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with client management.
- Evaluate industry and business trends and achieve revenue targets.
- Apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines and business drivers.
- Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
- Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems.
- Significantly improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and retention preferred.
- Workplace Experience (workplace/hospitality expertise) is a must.
- Ability to communicate sensitive and complicated information and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced, inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Global Alliance Director position is $180,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Global Alliance Director position is $200,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
