GitHub Enterprise Cloud Migration Project Manager
**Job Title: GitHub Enterprise Cloud Migration Project Manager** **Location:** Phoenix **Role Overview:** Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate GitHub Enterprise Cloud migration initiatives. The role strong project management capabilities, knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful delivery while ensuring migration milestones are achieved on schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end GitHub Enterprise Cloud migration projects across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers. - Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, and application teams. - Track migration progress, identify blockers, and drive issue resolution. - Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting. - Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and automation workflows. - Monitor risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and ensure accountability. - Establish communication plans and provide regular stakeholder updates. - Support change management, user training, and adoption of GitHub Cloud capabilities. - Drive awareness and rollout of AI tools and capabilities across the organization. ** Experience:** - Proven experience managing large-scale technology migration projects. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud environments and release management. - Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication skills. - Proficiency with JIRA and project tracking tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience leading GitHub Cloud migrations. - Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and SDLC practices. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and enterprise AI adoption initiatives. - PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or related certifications preferred.
