Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, horaire flexible et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

Relevant du Directeur Associé, le gestionnaire en gestion de projets stratégiques des opérations, est responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et du suivi de projets stratégiques de l'organisation. Il veille à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, respectent le budget et atteignent les objectifs de qualité et de performance.
  • Responsabilités principales
  • Élaborer les plans de projet, les échéanciers et les budgets
  • Coordonner les ressources internes et externes pour l'exécution des projets
  • Assurer le suivi des livrables, des jalons et des indicateurs de performance
  • Identifier les risques et mettre en place des plans d'atténuation
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes (clients, fournisseurs, équipes internes)
  • Préparer des rapports d'avancement et présenter les résultats à la direction
  • Encadrer les équipes projet et favoriser une culture de collaboration
  • Assurer le respect des méthodologies de gestion de projet, devenir une référence dans l'organisation.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir ?
  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion de projet, administration, ingénierie ou domaine connexe
  • Certification PMP (un atout)
  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets complexes
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils de gestion (MS Project)
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, à comprendre les enjeux internes et externes aux Opérations.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'analyse
  • Habileté à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Strategic Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the organization's strategic projects. They ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and performance objectives.
