Titre du poste: Gestionnaire sénior de l'approvisionnement et de la logistique

En tant que leader de l'organisation, le ou la Gestionnaire, Approvisionnement et Logistique, GAL est responsable de la gestion des approvisionnements en pièces de rechanges, la gestion des fournisseurs, de l'inventaire ainsi que de la planification des opérations de l'usine. Le ou la GAL s'assure du bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes notamment, celles assurant le respect des normes et processus, la production et l'efficacité opérationnelle, la qualité des produits, les activités de conformité ainsi que le respect des objectifs de coûts et budget opérationnel.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de St-Hubert, du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Responsable de l'équipe de l'approvisionnement et gestion des fournisseurs de l'usine de Saint-Hubert.
  • Fournir des services et des solutions de réparation et de révision de la plus haute valeur et de la plus haute qualité, dans les délais;
  • Établir des relations solides et de confiances avec nos différents partenaires;
  • Suivre la performance opérationnelle des fournisseurs à travers les différents indicateurs de performance et déterminer les stratégies d'améliorations nécessaires;
  • Diriger les initiatives stratégiques pour l'approvisionnement en matériel de rechange;
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques de gestion de la performance et de développement professionnel des membres de l'équipe, notamment en agissant comme coach et mentor;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les opérations à l'élaboration des objectifs de livraisons;
  • Collaborer avec d'autres organisations fonctionnelles pour développer des solutions et s'assurer que la performance des fournisseurs répond aux besoins de l'organisation de l'usine;

  • Surveiller et gérer l'inventaire afin de réduire les risques financiers, soutenir l'efficacité du fonds de roulement et identifier des opportunités de redistribution ou d'utilisation au sein du réseau de P&WC;
  • Diriger des projets d'amélioration continue axés sur l'efficacité opérationnelle, la standardisation des processus et l'optimisation de la performance dans l'installation MRO, en s'appuyant sur les méthodologies Lean, Kaizen ou Six Sigma;
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration d'une vision stratégique pour l'entreprise (1-5 ans);
  • Atteindre des objectifs ambitieux pour capitaliser sur les opportunités de croissance;
  • Favoriser l'innovation et industrialiser les nouvelles technologies;
  • Favoriser l'excellence opérationnelle et l'efficacité de la production grâce à l'amélioration continue.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir ?
  • Baccalauréat en logistique, approvisionnement ou en gestion des affaires avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion; MBA ou autre diplôme de gestion avancé de préférence
  • Expérience dans un rôle de direction et capacité à être promu grâce à des performances démontrées et à des capacités prouvées
  • Succès démontré dans la gestion des approvisionnements, avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles
  • Aptitude prouvée à diriger des projets dans les domaines suivants ayant une incidence sur les opérations: Informatiques, intelligence artificielle, RH, Qualité, etc.
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Management and Logistics

As the leader of the organization, the Manager, Supply Management and Logistics, MSL is responsible for the supply of spare parts, the management of the suppliers, the inventory as well as the planning of the operations of Saint-Hubert's plant. The MSL ensures the smooth running of daily activities, in particular those ensuring compliance with standards and processes, production and operational efficiency, product quality, compliance activities as well as compliance with cost and operational budget.

The position is based at our St-Hubert location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Responsible for the material procurement and management of repair suppliers team at the Saint-Hubert plant.
  • Lead strategic initiatives for the supply of spare materials;
  • Establish solid and trusting relationships with our various internal and external partners;
  • Monitor supplier performance by using relevant KPIs and define required improvement strategies;
  • Implement best practices in performance management and professional development of team members, in particular by acting as a coach and mentor;
  • Work in collaboration with operations in the development of delivery objectives;
  • Ensure alignment of priorities and their communication across the various entities;
  • Collaborate with other functional organizations to develop solutions and ensure that supplier performance meets the needs of the plant organization;

  • Promote innovation and industrialize new technologies;
  • Drive operational excellence and production efficiency through continuous improvement.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply or business management with more than 5 years of management experience; MBA or other advanced management degree preferred
  • Experience in a leadership role and ability to be promoted through demonstrated performance and proven ability
  • Demonstrated success in supply management, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects in the following areas impacting operations: IT, Artificial Intelligence, HR, Quality, etc.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Lean transformation principles and an understanding of turbine engine assembly, testing and machining processes are assets.
