The Role

We are currently searching for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics, reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunityThe Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for developing and leading an enterprise-level analytics capability that enables data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain. This role provides strategic insight across planning, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and inventory through advanced analytics, reporting, and forecasting. The role will establish analytics governance, data standards, and performance measurement frameworks while partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and service excellence across The Beer Store (TBS) and Brewers Distributor Ltd. (BDL). A critical focus will be building scalable analytical tools, talent, and platforms that support both operational execution and long-term supply chain strategy.

Location

Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer a hybrid work model with visits into the office a minimum of three times per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain Analytics function, setting strategic direction, governance, and priorities across Planning, Delivery, Warehousing, Fleet Management, CAPEX, and Finance
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team, strengthening analytical capability, business acumen, and cross-functional partnership
  • Establish enterprise analytics standards, data definitions, and best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and credibility of insights across the organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to influence strategy, operational decisions, and long-range planning
  • Design and govern enterprise-level supply chain KPIs spanning service, cost, productivity, inventory, asset utilization, and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting using Power BI and related tools to support operational reviews, S&OP/IBP, and management decision-making
  • Lead performance deep-dives and root-cause analysis across Planning, Delivery, Warehousing, and Fleet to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Partner closely with Finance to align operational metrics with financial outcomes, enabling cost visibility, forecast accuracy, and budget accountability
  • Deliver advanced analytical models, scenario analysis, and forecasting to support capacity planning, network optimization, inventory strategy, and service trade-off decisions
  • Develop cost-to-serve, productivity, and efficiency analytics across warehousing, delivery, and fleet operations to drive value-based decision-making
  • Support CAPEX planning through robust business cases, ROI analysis, and investment prioritization for fleet, warehousing, systems, and automation initiatives
  • Partner with IT to enhance data architecture, integration, automation, and self-service analytics, while promoting continuous improvement and embedding analytics into day-to-day workflows
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned


Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business or a related field
  • Post-graduate degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline preferred
  • Professional certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or analytics certifications) preferred


Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or performance management within a complex, multi-site organization (retail, CPG, beverage preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience building, managing and leading analytics teams, including both data analyst and engineers
  • Proven success designing and implementing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and management reporting across supply chain functions
  • Hands-on experience leveraging ERP and platforms such as SAP; data lake or cloud platforms an asset
  • Strong background translating data into actionable insights that drive operational and financial results
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams (i.e. IT, Finance, and Operations) on data governance, systems integration, and process improvement.
  • Established ability to align and influence senior leadership groups both internally and externally


Skills
  • Deep understanding of supply chain performance drivers, trade-offs, and cost-to-serve analytics
  • Expertise in KPI design, forecasting, scenario modeling, and root cause analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL and data visualization best practices
  • Ability to influence, lead change, and drive adoption of analytics tools and insights
  • Highly collaborative, results-oriented leader comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment


Compensation
