Leader d'influence, vous accompagnez humainement la gestion du changement pour mobiliser les équipes et ancrer une culture d'amélioration continue. Vous pilotez des ateliers LEAN et analysez les indicateurs de performance pour chasser les gaspillages et maximiser la productivité. Vous agissez en partenaire clé du directeur de production pour traduire les orientations stratégiques en plans d'actions concrets.

Gestion du changement et mobilisation
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des nouvelles pratiques et outils.
  • Influencer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Promouvoir une culture d'amélioration continue et d'excellence opérationnelle.


Pilotage de l'amélioration continue
  • Identifier, prioriser et piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue alignées avec les objectifs d'affaires (sécurité, qualité, coûts, délais).
  • Animer des ateliers LEAN (Kaizen, VSM, résolution de problèmes) et assurer la mise en œuvre concrète des solutions.
  • Mesurer et suivre les gains générés (productivité, réduction des gaspillages, amélioration des flux).


Gestion de projets transverses
  • Piloter des projets structurants impliquant plusieurs départements (production, qualité, logistique, maintenance).
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes afin de briser les silos organisationnels
  • Suivre l'avancement, gérer les risques et garantir l'atteinte des résultats.


Collaboration avec l'équipe data
  • Identifier les données nécessaires pour les équipes opérationnelles
  • Créer le lien entre les data analystes, les processus business et les dashboards opérationnels


Analyse de la performance et prise de décision
  • Analyser les données opérationnelles pour identifier les écarts de performance et leurs causes racines.
  • Développer et suivre des indicateurs clés (KPI) pertinents pour soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Formuler des recommandations concrètes basées sur des faits et des analyses rigoureuses.


Contribution à la stratégie opérationnelle
  • Collaborer avec le directeur de production pour traduire les orientations stratégiques en plans d'actions concrets.

Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en gestion, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience avec un baccalauréat ou de 5 ans d'expérience avec une maîtrise.
  • Adaptabilité face à des environnements dynamiques et complexes et capacité à travailler de manière collaborative avec différents départements.
  • Approche critique et orientée solution.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Connaissance de SAP, de Power BI (atout).
  • Connaissance des moteurs P&WC, de leurs composants et du marché secondaire (atout).


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

What will your day-to-day look like?

As an influential leader, you provide people-centric change management to mobilize teams and anchor a culture of continuous improvement. You lead LEAN workshops and analyze performance indicators to eliminate waste and maximize productivity. You act as a key partner to the production director, translating strategic directions into concrete action plans.

Change Management and Mobilization
  • Support teams in adopting new practices and tools.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Continuous Improvement Steering
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
  • Facilitate LEAN workshops (Kaizen, VSM, problem-solving) and ensure the concrete implementation of solutions.
  • Measure and track generated gains (productivity, waste reduction, flow improvement).


Cross-Functional Project Management
  • Drive structural projects involving multiple departments (production, quality, logistics, maintenance).
  • Ensure coordination between teams to break down organizational silos.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and guarantee the achievement of results.


Collaboration with the Data Team
  • Identify the data required by operational teams.

What do you need to be successful?
