Aperçu

Le directeur de la maintenance contribue au succès de la compagnie des breuvages PepsiCo (PBC) par la maintenance préventive et surveillance continue des équipements afin de prévenir une quelconque interruption aux opérations quotidiennes. Par l'entremise de dépannage, des programmes d'entretien préventif et dans les limites du budget, le gestionnaire de la maintenance doit s'assurer que l'équipement et le l'édifice de CBP est en bon état de fonctionnement et capable de produire des produits de qualité. Cette personne est chargée de gérer 3 quarts de travail; des employés syndiqués et non syndiqués et de développer une équipe de 3 superviseurs.

Responsabilités

Utilise l'expertise technique pour améliorer les processus de production et d'introduire les améliorations d'équipement et les changements
  • Assure un inventaire adéquat des pièces
  • Championne du processus de sécurité et assure un environnement de travail sécuritaire pour l'équipe de maintenance
  • Mène l'agenda de la maintenance préventive par l'utilisation du GMAO
  • Établit la direction et les plans à long terme pour le ministère
  • Favorise le transfert des connaissances entre les opérations et le personnel d'entretien
  • Développe et gère efficacement les coøts contrôlables budget pour le département
  • Résous les relations avec les employés et travaille avec le personnel d'entretien à conduire des capacités
  • Assure le leadership dans l'intégration de l'amélioration des processus et activités de base en gestion de la maintenance au jour le jour.


Qualification

Baccalauréat en génie (industrielle/mécanique) est requis ;
  • Capacité d'engager des gens de métier et efficacement construire des relations à piloter la performance
  • 5+ ans d'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication dans un rythme rapide requise, de préférence des biens de consommation
  • Expérience en gestion de projet
  • Expérience dans la gestion des budgets
  • Aptitude à fonctionner avec succès dans un rythme rapide, évolution de l'environnement de travail
  • Bonne communication écrite et verbale;
  • Maîtrise du système d'exploitation Microsoft Office ;
  • Bilinguisme anglais/français.
