À titre de chef d'équipe, Services de pièces de rechange, vous dirigerez une équipe dynamique de gestionnaires de comptes qui agissent comme principaux points de contact auprès des clients d'un segment de programme donné, afin d'assurer une communication fluide, une efficacité opérationnelle optimale et l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil, du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Agir comme principal point de contact auprès des clients pour l'ensemble des comptes du segment de programme, en assurant une communication claire, rapide et efficace.
  • Diriger et encadrer l'équipe de gestionnaires de comptes et de représentants du service à la clientèle (CSR) afin d'assurer des mises à jour précises et ponctuelles aux clients, notamment les listes de priorités (" Hot Sheets ") et les rapports hebdomadaires.
  • Agir comme premier niveau d'escalade pour les enjeux clients, afin d'assurer une résolution rapide et de maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Organiser et animer les revues Market Cell avec les équipes CSR, Planification, AMF, CPO ainsi que les différentes parties prenantes interfonctionnelles afin de maintenir l'alignement opérationnel et la fluidité des activités.
  • Veiller à l'atteinte ou au dépassement des objectifs financiers mensuels et des principaux indicateurs de rendement.
  • Agir comme principal lien avec l'équipe Programme afin d'assurer l'alignement sur les livrables, les priorités et les plans d'exécution.
  • Diriger les visites clients, les présentations et les forums pour les marchés assignés, notamment les revues trimestrielles d'affaires (QBR) et les revues avec la haute direction.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables de programme afin de soutenir les objectifs du programme, leur exécution et la performance opérationnelle globale.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions de rechange afin de soutenir les besoins du programme, notamment les ajustements aux prévisions, l'intégration de pièces usagées et l'implication de PWCS.
  • Piloter l'initiative d'échange de 1 000 moteurs afin d'assurer une exécution dans les délais et une intégration harmonieuse avec SPS.
  • Soutenir la coordination et les escalades liées à la chaîne d'approvisionnement grâce à une communication efficace et à une étroite collaboration avec les responsables de programme.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, gestion des opérations, génie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Au moins 10 années d'expérience en opérations clients, gestion de programme, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un rôle opérationnel connexe.
  • Expérience démontrée en direction ou en gestion d'équipes de service à la clientèle ou d'équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Solide expérience en interaction avec les clients, notamment en résolution de problèmes, en gestion d'escalades et en communication avec des membres de la haute direction.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément tout en atteignant les objectifs financiers, opérationnels et de livraison.
  • Expérience en coordination avec différentes fonctions, notamment la planification, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, la gestion de programme et la logistique.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'une aptitude à identifier des solutions de rechange et à en assurer l'exécution.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale, y compris pour la présentation et l'animation de revues clients, comme les QBR.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook; une expérience avec des systèmes ERP ou des systèmes de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement constitue un atout.

Job Title: Account Manager (Team Lead), Spare Parts Services

As team lead, Spare Parts Services, you will lead a dynamic team of account managers dedicated to serve as the primary point of contact for customers within a Program Segment, ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Act as the primary customer interface for all accounts within the Program Segment, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
  • Lead and manage the Account managers and the Customer Service Representative team to deliver accurate and timely customer updates, including Hot Sheets and weekly reporting.
  • Serve as the first level of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and facilitate Market Cell Reviews with CSR, Planning, AMF, CPO and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain operational alignment and flow.
  • Ensure monthly financial targets and key performance metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Program team, ensuring alignment on deliverables, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Lead customer visits, presentations, and forums for assigned markets, including QBRs and executive reviews.
