Le ou la gestionnaire, Commercialisation est responsable de la mise en œuvre des programmes de commercialisation, des supports marketing et des outils destinés aux clients, qui contribuent au succès des ventes au sein du canal des services alimentaires. Ce poste se situe à la croisée du marketing, des ventes et de la marque : il veille à ce que les stratégies se traduisent par une exécution efficace sur le marché et s'appuient sur des ressources et des processus de premier plan. Relevant du directeur principal, Ventes Canada, Services alimentaires, cette personne travaillera en collaboration avec des partenaires internes et externes pour assurer la réussite de l'entreprise.

Principales responsabilités

Commercialisation et développement de ressources
  • Concevoir et fournir des feuilles de ventes, des présentations, des trousses de lancement, des bannières et des présentations commerciales;
  • Créer des dossiers pour les supports numériques et imprimés (innovations de produits, équipements et programmes spécifiques aux clients);
  • Gérer les supports destinés aux événements et aux activations (salons professionnels, activations clients, événements liés aux services alimentaires);
  • Gérer et mettre à jour les outils de vente, les catalogues de produits et les bibliothèques d'outils marketing.

Gestion créative et de la production
  • Gérer les agences, les designers et les partenaires de production, des réunions préparatoires à l'exécution;
  • Superviser la production des supports imprimés et les plateformes de ressources numériques (p. ex., les outils de création de menus);
  • S'assurer que tous les livrables respectent les exigences de la marque, les obligations légales et les règles de gouvernance.

Gestion financière et opérationnelle
  • Suivre et gérer les budgets publicitaires et promotionnels, y compris les prévisions et les chiffres réels;
  • Assurer la création des bons de commande et la validation des factures afin de garantir l'exactitude financière;
  • Soutenir une gestion du budget rigoureuse pour l'ensemble des initiatives de commercialisation.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Ventes, Marque, Gestion de la croissance des revenus et Omni pour aligner les stratégies des canaux;
  • Soutenir l'élaboration et l'exécution des plans de commercialisation pour les services alimentaires.

Suivi numérique et de performance
  • Gérer les indicateurs clés de performance, les tableaux de bord et le suivi des performances des campagnes;
  • Soutenir le développement de contenu pour les infolettres électroniques et les plateformes numériques;
  • Surveiller les résultats des programmes et identifier les opportunités d'optimisation.

Communication et excellence des processus
  • Assurer l'alignement et les validations entre les parties prenantes (p. ex., processus d'approbation des ressources);
  • Fournir des mises à jour claires sur l'avancement des projets d'innovation et de commercialisation;
  • Soutenir les réunions interfonctionnelles et assurer le suivi.

Qualifications
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing, commercialisation ou marketing associé
  • Une expérience dans le secteur des services de restauration, des biens de consommation emballés ou des boissons est un atout
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projets
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'agences, de fournisseurs et des flux de production
  • Expertise financière (budgets, bons de commande, prévisions)

The Associate Manager, Commercialization is responsible for executing commercialization programs, marketing assets, and customer-facing tools that enable sales success within the Foodservice channel. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Brand-ensuring strategies are translated into impactful, in-market execution and supported with best-in-class assets and processes. Reporting to the Director of Sales Canada, Food Service, this team member will work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

Commercialization & Asset Development
  • Develop and deliver sell sheets, presentations, launch kits, banners, and commercial decks
  • Build briefs for digital and print assets (product innovation, equipment, and customer-specific programs)
  • Manage event and activation materials (trade shows, customer activations, Foodservice events)
  • Maintain and update selling tools, product catalogs, and asset libraries

Creative & Production Management
  • Manage agencies, designers, and production partners from briefing through execution
  • Oversee print production and digital asset platforms (e.g., menu creation tools)
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand, legal, and governance requirements

Financial & Operational Management
  • Track and manage A&P budgets, including forecasting and actuals
  • Own PO creation and invoice approvals to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support disciplined budget management across all commercialization initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Brand, RGM, and Omni teams to align on channel strategies
  • Support development and execution of Foodservice commercialization plans

Digital & Performance Tracking
  • Manage KPIs, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking
  • Support content development for eNewsletters and digital platforms
  • Monitor program results and identify optimization opportunities

Communication & Process Excellence
  • Ensure alignment and approvals across stakeholders (e.g., asset approval processes)
  • Provide clear updates on innovation and commercialization progress
  • Support cross-functional meetings and follow-ups
