What You Will Do

Ascension Living PACE - Michigan is seeking to add a new Geriatric Physician Assistant to our team in Flint Michigan

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice.

• Join an established team of 2 Physicians and 2 Apps
• Call structure: 1:5 weeks
• Practice setting: Outpatient practice caring for a panel of geriatric patients

At Ascension Living PACE Michigan, we believe that geriatric care should be deeply relational, not transactional. Located in the heart of Flint, our team is comprised of a tight-knit, collaborative group-of Physicians and APPs-who prioritize a culture where every voice is heard and valued. We offer a truly sustainable practice model: with a manageable caseload of approximately 80 patients and a focused daily volume of 2-6 visits, you are afforded the meaningful time required to build genuine, longitudinal relationships with your patients.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physician Assistant credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• 1 year of experience preferred.
