Physician Assistant to join our well-established
General Surgery team.
This is a full-time, employed position with VMG, providing care across our inpatient and outpatient surgical practice locations in South Jersey.
Our team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers delivers high-quality, patient-centered surgical care, treating a broad spectrum of acute and elective general surgery conditions. The Physician Assistant will play an integral role in the continuum of surgical care, including outpatient evaluations, inpatient management, first assist responsibilities, and perioperative patient care.

- Diverse case mix including minimally invasive, robotic, acute care, and elective general surgery procedures

- Active participation in preoperative evaluations, postoperative follow-up, inpatient rounding, consults, and surgical first assist responsibilities

- Strong support structure including dedicated nursing, office, and surgical scheduling teams
- Established referral network across Virtua Health, supporting continued growth and robust case volume
Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is
$131,250.00 annually The actual compensation package may vary based on the candidate's experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
