QUALIFICATIONS- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or General Superintendent overseeing field management and coordination.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule.
- Experience leading stretch and flex meetings, maintaining quality documentation, and driving efficient field workflows.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to long hours to fully support critical project meetings.
- A strong work ethic and a steadfast commitment to maintaining a robust safety culture.
We are really looking for a self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision. The General Superintendent is responsible for the overall field management, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects from mobilization through completion. This position provides leadership and direction to field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders while ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and company expectations. In this role, you will manage and oversee all daily construction activities on the project site, drive 3-week lookaheads, promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with drawings, monitor subcontractor workmanship, address deficiencies promptly, participate in project meetings, provide accurate field updates, and document site conditions, delays, changes, and project impacts.
