Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all the activities within his craft according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Coordinating with subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on-site direction. Make sure all OSHA guidelines are followed. Work with vendors hand-in-hand to ensure the work meets all specs.

  • This position requires 15 years of relevant experience. An associate's or bachelor's degree is an added benefit, but not required.
  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.

  • Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
  • Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.

Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.

Frequently in a normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. May be exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives and vibrations. Noise level on the job site is normally moderate to loud. Overtime will be required. Travel will be required.
