Overview

As The General Security Project Manager you will provide cross-functional project management support for the execution and integration of security services across a classified customers Security Directorate, helping align schedules, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination across multiple security disciplines.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project-level security support activities across multiple functional areas and sites.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for schedules, deliverables, staffing support, action tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Support integration across physical security, COMSEC, security administration, SAP, foreign disclosure, export compliance, and other mission security functions.
  • Prepare and maintain status reporting, meeting support, management tracking tools, and related project documentation.
  • Identify and monitor programmatic risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities affecting security mission execution.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
  • Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
  • Security certifications. and Project Management Professional PMP certification are a plus for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.
Pay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $159,200.00/Yr. - USD $265,800.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
