The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with corporate objectives, elevating overall business success. This position demands exceptional leadership, strategic communication, analytical acumen, and a deep expertise in RV sales principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and gross profit targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach sales staff; conduct regular training sessions to sharpen the team's closing ratios and product knowledge.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high-energy environment and an efficient, seamless sales pipeline.
- Partner closely with F&I, Service, and Parts departments to maximize dealership-wide profitability and efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by professionally resolving escalated customer or vendor inquiries.
- Utilize CRM and Dealership Management Systems (DMS) to track performance metrics, pipeline health, and inventory turns.

Qualifications and Requirements:- 5+ years of successful Sales Management experience specifically within the RV Industry.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, modern CRMs, and standard Dealership Management Systems (DMS).
- Proven track record of recruiting, building, and managing accountability for a high-volume sales team.
- Exceptional communication abilities to professionally build rapport with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Highly ambitious, accountable, resilient, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining a neat, clean, and highly professional corporate appearance.
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or Management is preferred.
