What You'll Do- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring- 5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Experience with the sales process, from lead generation to close, and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience with sales performance metrics, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota achievement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools, with ability to leverage technology to drive sales efficiency and productivity.
- The ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
