What You'll Drive- Drive new and used vehicle volume and profitability
- Lead, hire, coach, and hold Sales Managers accountable
- Set and execute monthly and annual sales and gross objectives
- Manage inventory, days' supply, and aged units
- Oversee deal structure, appraisals, reconditioning, and approvals
- Execute market-driven promotions and advertising strategies
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and sales systems
- Resolve customer issues to protect CSI and retention
- Build a results-driven culture through training and metrics
